Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow one to three business days to process your ready to ship orders. Expect an email within four business days to let you know your order is on the way! CUSTOM ORDERS SHOULD EXPECT A LONGER PROCESSING TIME, WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON THE PROCESSING TIME STATED DURING THE CUSTOM ORDER CORRESPONDENCE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE LISTING.

LOCAL PICKUP: Orders can usually be picked up any day of the week. Please contact us at info@delarose.shop for the address and to tell us when you plan to pick it up.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS for shipping, and at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
